Eight centuries of history, a new chapter
The Château de Conon has watched over Cellettes since the 13th century. Beyond the gate lie eight hectares of trees, a courtyard, and stone weathered by the seasons.
We have just been handed the keys, and we are enhancing it house by house — conceived as a family home: long tables, a fire in the hearth, doors open onto the grounds. You arrive as our guests; you leave longing to return.

Five independent holiday homes in the same grounds, for 6 to 15 guests each — or 49 when the whole estate is brought together.
Le Château
The manor house: long tables beneath the beams, and a staircase that creaks just the right amount.
L'Orangerie
The brightest of the five: south-facing windows, its own terrace, sunshine from morning to night.
La Bergerie
All on one level, each bedroom with its own bathroom — the favourite when three generations gather.
La Conciergerie
Facing the gardens, halfway between the pool and the grounds: the house for long summers.
L'Écurie
The former stable, now the most intimate of the houses: two bedrooms under the rafters.

A sculpture museum in the grounds
A few steps from the holiday homes, the Musée-Promenade Louis Derbré unfolds more than 150 sculptures, some fifty of them monumental, across a five-hectare sculpture walk.
The morning walk winds between the bronzes; the children give them names before breakfast.

Very cozy! Sculpture garden was a nice bonus. Merci bien!
Stayed there last year and it was so good we came back. I'm almost nervous of others finding out about it! But it isn't fair to not credit the venue and staff who run it. In short, an exceptional and beautiful place to stay with a huge amount to do in the surrounding area.
Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille au château de Conon ! Le lieu et le logement sont très agréables et paisibles. Le logement est traversant avec 2 terrasses de chaque côté, c’est top pour profiter du soleil en fonction des moments de la journée. La piscine est chauffée et juste en face du logement, très pratique avec un bébé ! Enfin le logement est bien équipé pour cuisiner et la literie est confortable
